8. Take out the dough, divide it into three parts, roll it into balls, and let it ferment for 15 minutes.

9. Roll out the entire dough, roll it up from top to bottom, and tighten the end.

10. Spread butter on the four walls of the toast box, close the edges of the raw dough and place it in the toast mold for final fermentation at room temperature.

11. Let the dough rise until the toast mold is 80% full.

12. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, middle and lower layer, upper and lower fire for 40 minutes. (Cover and bake for 30 minutes)
