Valentine's Day Card Cookies

Valentine's Day Card Cookies

I think many people’s IQ drops to zero when they encounter all kinds of delicious food. Even if they are trying to lose weight, they may not care about it and just want to eat a big meal to satisfy their appetite. In fact, if we want to eat safely and healthily, it is of course safer and more reliable to learn to make Valentine's Day card cookies at home. So if you like cooking, come and learn how to cook with me today!

1. Cut the softened butter into small pieces and add sugar

2. Beat with a whisk until the volume expands slightly and the color turns white.

3. Add the beaten egg liquid several times, and beat each time until the egg and butter are completely blended before adding the next time.

4. After stirring, the butter should be fluffy and creamy.

5. Add sifted flour

6. Knead into cookie dough

7. Divide the original dough into two equal parts, half of which is original flavor.

8. Add cocoa powder to the other half

9. Knead chocolate dough

10. Sprinkle a little hand flour (high flour) on the table, and roll the two kinds of dough into 0.5cm thick slices.

11. Use a special mold to print out shapes on the dough

12. Use the impeller cutter to cut the dough into pieces. You can customize the size. (If you don’t have a heart-shaped mold, you can draw one with paper and then carefully carve it out on the cookie dough with a knife.)

13. Swap the hearts carved out of the chocolate dough and the original dough and put them into the biscuits. Then use a small round flower mouth to carve a small hole on the top of the biscuit for tying a ribbon. If you don't want to tie a ribbon, you can skip this step.

14. Preheat the oven to 170°, bake on the middle layer for 10 to 12 minutes (mine is a Qihe 828 oven, each oven has different temperatures and sizes, so my temperature can only be used as a reference) and let it cool after it comes out of the oven.

15. After the chocolate melts, put it into the decorating tape, cut a thin slit at the front of the decorating tape, write the words you want on the cookie, put a ribbon on it, tie a bow, and a beautiful cookie is ready.

Maybe you have never eaten Valentine's Day card cookies before, and you don't know how to make them. Now, follow your heart and learn to make this dish. You should know that the sense of accomplishment and joy after making it is really delightful.
