How to make Dongjiang stuffed tofu

12. Add oil to the casserole and sauté the ginger slices and garlic sprouts.

13. Add the stuffed tofu, add chicken juice and bring to a boil. After it is cooked through, add the starch sauce (add a little soy sauce to the starch sauce).

14. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and simmer for a while before serving in the original pot.
