Can you still eat raw noodles if they are sour?

If the raw noodles you make normally become sour, it means that they have gone bad and bred bacteria. How to make noodles

1. The simplest mixed noodles

Boil some water. More water is needed.

Put Haitian brand soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, MSG, and chopped green onions in a bowl.

Then turn on the water and make it a little harder.

Put it in a bowl and mix it. If it is alkaline noodles, you can add a little good vinegar.

Be sure to remember the order of procedures, otherwise the taste will be different.

If you add some high-quality diced pickled mustard tuber (you have to cut it yourself, the finished diced pickled mustard tuber is not tasty), sesame paste or peanut butter (dilute with cold boiled water and prepare it before eating).

2. Tomato and Egg Noodle Soup

First fry the eggs, add water, tomato slices, salt, boil the noodles until cooked, and add pepper and MSG.

3. Fried noodles

Chinese cabbage, shredded pork, and shredded mushrooms.

Below, a little harder.

Take out, rinse with cold water and drain.

On high heat, first stir-fry the shredded pork. When cooked, add the cabbage. When it changes color, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a few times. Add the noodles and stir-fry for a few times, mix well. Reduce to medium heat, add salt, pepper, and a little MSG, then reduce to low heat. Use a spatula in one hand to stir-fry and a pair of chopsticks in the other hand to loosen the noodles. Mix the noodles and seasonings as well as possible, and the cabbage should not turn yellow.

4. The simplest cold (mixed) noodles.

Boil some water. More water is needed.

Add sesame oil to a shallow stainless steel pot and set aside.

Put Haitian brand soy sauce, pepper, MSG, and chopped green onions in a bowl.

Then turn on the water and make it a little harder.

Put it in a pot with sesame oil, mix well, put it in front of the air conditioner and blow it for 1-2 minutes, stirring while blowing to make it cool evenly.

Then, mix it in a bowl. If it is alkaline noodles, you can add a little good vinegar.
