8. After rolling, pinch the joint tightly to prevent oil from flowing out.

9. Cut the sealed long strips into small pieces and pinch the ends again.

10. Use your palm to press the dough vertically into small round cakes.

11. Use a rolling pin to roll out the small round cakes into dough again and let them relax for seven or eight minutes.

12. Brush an even layer of vegetable oil on the surface of the baking pan.

13. When the oil is hot, put the dough in and brush a little vegetable oil evenly on the surface of the dough.

14. Fry both sides of the pancake until golden brown.
