How to make grilled fish fillet

Method 1. Blanch the enoki mushrooms and rinse them with water. 2. Remove the scales and internal organs of the herring, clean it, split it in half, make a few cuts on the fish body, and marinate it with cooking wine, salt and pepper for an hour or so. 3. Bake the marinated herring in an air fryer. 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté scallions, ginger, garlic and Pixian bean paste. 5. Add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, enoki mushrooms and roasted herring and simmer for 10 minutes. 6. Add salt and chicken essence to season. 7. Add the green and red peppers and serve.

Grilled Fish Fillet with Onion and Garlic

Ingredients: 1 slice of bream, salt and black pepper to taste, half an onion (large), 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Step 1: Pour a little olive oil into the dish. Step 2: Place 2/3 of the onion (or potato) on top. Step 3: Chop the other 1/3 into fine pieces. Step 4: Mix with the minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Ingredients: 1 fresh fish, 3 pickled peppers, 1 spoon of spicy bean paste, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 spoon of minced ginger, some red pepper flakes, some chopped green onions, some rice wine, some Shaoxing wine, some sugar. Step 1: Cut the fresh fish in half and clean it (you can ask the fishmonger to do it for you). Marinate it with rice wine and green onion segments for about 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell. Step 2 Chop the pickled pepper or chili pepper, take a container and mix the chili pepper, spicy bean paste, minced garlic, minced ginger and sugar. step3 Take a baking tray, cover it with cooking paper, put ginger slices and scallion segments on it, put the fresh fish on it, pour the pickled pepper sauce evenly, sprinkle a little chopped green onion, roll up the baking paper, leaving a small opening, pour a little Shaoxing wine to add aroma and moisture, and roll up the cooking paper tightly. Wrapping the fish in cooking paper can protect the moisture of the fish and prevent the finished product from being too soft and mushy. The cooking speed is also much faster than steaming. Step 4 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes (adjust the baking time according to the size of the fish). When the fish is cooked, take it out and sprinkle it with chopped green onions and red pepper slices for decoration to complete the fragrant chopped pepper grilled fish.
