Alligator turtle hot pot recipe

Step 4

Tips

You can also use water simmering instead of hot pot. The crocodile meat and tender skin are a bit thick, but the whole crocodile is a treasure and it tastes good no matter how it is cooked. Method 2:

Material

Clean turtle meat, longan, lychee, black dates, lotus seeds, wolfberry, salad oil, salt, MSG, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, rock sugar, ginger slices, and scallions.

1. After initial processing, cut the turtle meat into pieces, blanch it in water, drain and wash it.

2. Put a little oil in the pot, add ginger and scallion and stir-fry until fragrant, add turtle meat and dry the moisture, add cooking wine and soy sauce, add soup and steam until about 70% cooked, take out, pick out the ginger, scallion and other ingredients for later use.

3. Add longan, lychee, black dates and lotus seeds into the turtle meat, adjust the seasoning, transfer all the raw materials into the pot, and start to slowly simmer the hot pot.
