1. Add olive oil to the pan.

2. Add carrot slices and onion shreds and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

3. Pour in chicken broth and cook.

6. Cut the bread toast into small cubes, put them into the pan and fry until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain the oil for later use.

8. Pour in the blended soup and cook until it becomes thick.

9. Add salt, white pepper, bread cubes and fresh cream to garnish before serving.
