Bacon is a very delicious food, a kind of Chinese cured meat. It is mainly popular in Sichuan, Hunan and Guangdong, but it is also produced in other southern regions. Because it is usually cured in the twelfth month of the lunar calendar, it is called "bacon". Bacon is very common on people's tables, such as stir-fried bacon, bacon with garlic sprouts, and bacon rice. Do you know how to make bacon and barley rice? Let me teach you.

Method 1

1. Pour baking powder, sugar and salt into the flour and mix well.

2. Then pour the eggs and milk into the flour, add half a bowl of water, and knead the dough together.

3. After kneading the dough, put the butter in a bowl and put it in the microwave to melt it, or put it in a bowl and put the bowl in hot water to let the butter melt.

4. Pour the butter into the dough and knead it repeatedly to knead the butter into the dough. Until the dough is gluten-rich

5. Cover the bowl to isolate the dough from the air. Sugar dough (resting), wait until the dough doubles in size

6. Divide the dough into equal-sized pieces, roll them into sheets, and then cut them into equilateral triangles with a small cut on the bottom.

7. Cut the banana into several pieces according to the size of the dough, put them on the dough and roll them up (for a small roll, 1/2 banana is enough)

8. After rolling, seal both sides. Brush the surface of the bread with egg wash. Place on a baking sheet and let sit for 10 minutes

9. Heat the oven for 5 minutes, set the upper and lower fire to 150 degrees, and bake for 40 minutes (the data is for reference only. Pay attention when baking, otherwise it will be burnt)

10. The baking tray cannot hold the remaining noodles. Place in a square baking pan and wrap a whole banana in the dough, one or two will do. Bake for 40 minutes

Method 2

1. Wash the bacon, cut it into small pieces, put it into the pan and stir-fry until it changes color and turns golden. The bacon I bought was fatter, so I didn't add any more oil to the pan when frying it. Please decide based on the bacon you bought;

2. Put the washed green beans into the pot and stir-fry with the bacon for two minutes without adding any seasoning;

3. Pour all the fried bacon and green beans[1] into the rice cooker. You can rinse them in the wok with some water before pouring them into the rice cooker (this will save waste).

4. Pour the washed barley into the rice cooker, add some water, preferably enough to cover the rice with the back of your hand, sprinkle a spoonful of salt, then cover the lid and press the switch.
