How to make ice cream puffs

People cannot live without food from the moment they are born. There are many things we need to eat throughout our lives, and diet is closely related to our physical and mental health. Many patients in reality are caused by eating. Therefore, eating well can not only beautify your skin, but also prevent diseases. Now, I will introduce how to make ice cream puffs.

1.1 When it boils, turn to low heat and pour in all the flour at once. Stir quickly with a wooden spoon to combine the flour and water thoroughly. Be sure to stir quickly.

2.2 Put water, salt and butter (or salad oil) into a pot, heat over medium heat and stir slightly to ensure that the oil is evenly distributed.

3.12 Keep stirring until the flour and water are completely blended together and the pan does not stick, then turn off the heat.

5. Use chopsticks to stir the batter to dissipate heat. When the batter has cooled to a temperature that is not too hot to the touch (about 60°C to 65°C), you can add the egg liquid. First add a small amount of egg liquid, stir thoroughly until the batter absorbs all the eggs, then add the next time. It is important to note that not all the eggs in the recipe need to be added. After adding the eggs, the batter will become more and more moist and smooth.

6. Use chopsticks to pick up the batter. The batter will be in a triangular shape with a length of about 4 cm from the tip to the bottom, and it will not slip. This level means it is ok and there is no need to add more eggs.

7. The easiest way to shape the puffs is to use a small spoon to scoop up the puff dough directly and place it on the baking tray (lined with tin foil). Keep a certain distance between each dough to prevent them from touching each other after expansion.

8. You can also use a chrysanthemum-shaped piping nozzle to squeeze the batter onto the baking tray. The puffs baked in this way will have patterns on the surface.

9. Place the baking tray into a preheated oven at 210°C and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. When the puffs expand, lower the temperature to 180℃ and continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes until the surface turns yellowish brown. Be sure to bake it thoroughly, otherwise the puffs will collapse after coming out of the oven. Remember not to open the oven door during baking.

11. After the puff has completely cooled, use your finger to dig a hole in the bottom, insert a piping nozzle with a small round hole, pour the filling in and you can eat it.
