How to make cool cake

Being a stranger in a foreign land, I miss my family all the more during the holidays. National Day is coming, are you homesick? Miss the taste of your mother's cooking? 1. Weigh the ingredients and sift the flour first.

2.12 Put all the eggs and sugar into the mixing container (the example in my picture is based on two eggs).

3.21 Add water to the steamer (it is best to use a deeper steamer), install the steaming rack, and turn on the fire. Start beating with an electric mixer on medium for about a minute, then on low.

4. Beat the eggs until they become four or five times their original volume and become light white foam.

5. Add the flour to the egg mixture you just beat, and use your hands or a rubber spatula to flip up from the bottom of the mixture to mix the flour and egg mixture evenly. Note: Never stir or mix in circular motions, otherwise the bubbles will be defoamed and you will end up with an omelet instead of a cake! Remember, haha.

6. Mix the batter.

7. Pour the prepared egg mixture into a container, put it into the steamer, and steam it over high heat for 15-30 minutes.

8. After the paste becomes fluffy, steam it for another 5-10 minutes.

9. After steaming, remove the lid immediately, take out the cold cake and place it in a cool place to cool thoroughly. (Make sure it is completely cool before eating, haha) Then, cut it into small pieces and you can enjoy it. Note: Be sure to eat it in time, it has a high water content, so the shelf life is short.
