Spicy dry pot shrimp recipe

11. Add chopped green onion, chopped coriander stems and dried chili peppers

12. After the aroma comes out again, pour in the fried shrimp

13. Add appropriate amount of salt, a small amount of soy sauce and sugar and stir fry evenly

14. Add a little rose wine along the edge of the pot

15. Finally, sprinkle in the green onion leaves and fragrant segments, stir-fry until the green onion leaves become soft.
