How to cook loofah fried clams

1. Ingredients: 2 small pieces of loofah (one large one), 650 grams of clams, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 clove of garlic, 4 small chilies. Seasoning: 1 teaspoon of blended oil, some salt, some chicken essence, some light soy sauce, half a spoon of cooking wine

2. Wash the vegetables, cut the loofah into dice, and slice the rest for later use.

3. Put a pot on the fire and pour in boiling water. Put in the cleaned clams, blanch them, remove the meat and peel them.

4. Wash the pot and put it on the fire. When the temperature reaches a certain level, pour in the seasoning oil and sauté the garlic and ginger.

5. Pour in the loofah and stir-fry until it changes color

6. Add the razor clams and chili and stir-fry until well-seasoned.

7. Pour in light soy sauce and stir-fry for a few times.

8. Pour in cooking wine and stir-fry twice.

9. Pour in salt and chicken essence, stir-fry for a few times and serve.
