How to make pumpkin and willow leaf steamed dumplings

1.121 Turn the pork into mud and the horse hoof into pieces

2.212 Prepare 200g half-fat and half-lean pork, 150g pumpkin and 100g water chestnut

3.1 Next, prepare 200g of flour for the dumpling wrappers and add appropriate amount of salt

4.2 Put the pork and water chestnuts in a bowl, and add in order: chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, salt, cooking wine, starch, light soy sauce, and sesame oil (optional). Then stir in one direction until evenly mixed.

5. Add the steamed pumpkin into the flour and mix

6. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 10 minutes

7. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces of equal size.

8. Put meat filling into dumpling skin

9. Fold the skin in half without pinching it tightly

10. Start from the right side of the leather and fold inward from one corner

11. Fold the bottom skin back a little

12. Fold the upper skin back

13. Fold slowly according to steps 14-15, and finally complete the willow leaf dumpling
