How to make delicious fresh tofu

Tofu is one of the most common soy products. Of course, everyone knows that soy products are not only nutritious, but also have relatively high nutritional value. This is why soy products such as tofu are so popular. Of course, there are many methods and techniques for cooking tofu, and there are many foods that can be made with tofu, such as tofu and pork liver soup, braised tofu, and mapo tofu!

1. Tofu and Pork Liver Soup

Ingredients: 50 grams of pork liver, 1 piece of tender tofu, appropriate amounts of salt, MSG, cooking wine, chopped green onion, wet starch, salad oil, and fresh soup.

Method: Wash the pork liver, cut it into thin slices, put it in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, and wet starch and mix well; cut the tofu into small slices. Put fresh soup in the pot, bring it to a boil, add in tofu, refined salt, and salad oil and bring to a boil again, pour in pork liver, cook until cooked, add chopped green onion and MSG, and serve.

Function: Tonifies Qi and harmonizes the middle, clears the lungs and relieves cough. This dish uses tofu, which can promote salivation, relieve dryness, clear away heat and detoxify, and can be used as an auxiliary treatment for lung heat and cough. Pork liver is rich in vitamin A, which is beneficial for maintaining the health of respiratory epithelial tissue. This soup is suitable for children with tracheitis, lung heat, cough, dry mouth, thirst, loss of appetite and other symptoms.

2. Braised Tofu

1. Wash the green garlic sprouts, cut the stems and leaves into sections, and chop the garlic into minced pieces.

2. Cut the tofu into small cubes

3. Chop Pixian Douban

4. Heat the pan, add cooking oil, and when the oil is warm, add the Pixian Douban and fry until fragrant.

5. Add minced garlic and fry until fragrant

6. Add a small amount of boiling water, soy sauce and a little salt

7. Add tofu and cook, and use your hands to push the pan to make the tofu taste evenly

8. When the water is almost dry, add the stems of the green garlic sprouts and simmer.

9. Pour half of the water starch and mix well

10. Add the green garlic leaves, pour in the other half of the water starch, stir evenly and simmer slightly, then turn off the heat.

3. Mapo Tofu

Main ingredients: 1 piece of soft tofu, 200g pork

Accessories: a little fermented black beans, garlic sprouts, minced ginger, minced garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, a little Pixian spicy bean paste, starch water

practice:

1. Chop garlic sprouts into small pieces, mince ginger and garlic, chop pork into stuffing, and cut tofu into small pieces. Drain in a colander and set aside.

2. Add a little oil to the wok, add the meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color.

3. Add chopped ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out.

4. Add fermented black beans, broth and tofu, add a little cooking wine and soy sauce to enhance the color, simmer for about 5 minutes, and thicken.

5. Finally, turn on high heat and wait for the oil to float to the surface. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate, then sprinkle with garlic sprouts.
