How to make salted pork dumplings

There is a wide variety of delicious food in modern snack bars. There is one kind of food that is particularly popular among office workers, and that is salty pork rice dumplings. If time permits, you can also make them yourself with fresh chicken, rice, and add mushrooms, beef, pork and other ingredients according to your personal taste. It is more suitable for friends who need to lose weight.

1. Soak the glutinous rice in water for six hours in advance (because the weather is hot now, I used to soak it overnight)

2. Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water in advance and set aside

3. Cut the pork belly into small pieces and add half a spoon of oyster sauce

4. One spoon of cooking wine and two spoons of soy sauce

5. Boil the zong leaves in hot water for three minutes, and then throw the zong rope into the pot to soak together.

6. Dice the dried mushrooms and mix them with the meat filling. Marinate for two hours and set aside.

7. Take two pieces of zong leaves of the same size and make them into a funnel shape.

8. Wash the cooked rice dumplings with clean water and set aside

9. Add a little glutinous rice first, then add the appropriate amount of marinated stuffing

10. Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice and flatten it gently

11. Press the remaining leaves forward.

12. Use your two thumbs to press the shape

13. Turn back towards the direction of people

14. Tie the Zongzi Rope

15. Cut off the extra leaves

16. All wrapped rice dumplings

17. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, put the steamer on, and put in the rice dumplings.

18. Bring to a boil over high heat. When the steam comes out, turn to low heat and simmer for one hour. Turn off the heat and simmer for half an hour before boiling again.

19. After the cooked rice dumplings have cooled down a bit, you can eat them.
