How to make pickled cabbage fried fish

Going home and cooking a delicious meal after the hustle and bustle is over is a very romantic and happy thing. You don’t need to prepare too many seasonings, just prepare onions, ginger and garlic. Add a little vinegar for seasoning when serving, and this dish of stir-fried sauerkraut and cured fish is ready.

1. Rinse the surface of the cured fish and cut into small pieces.

2. Cut the garlic into sections, cut the red pepper into pieces, chop the minced garlic, and cut the ginger into pieces.

3. Heat the pan, add oil, and fry the cured fish over low heat until the double-sided tape turns yellow. Remove from the pan and set aside.
