Easy Pan Pizza Recipe

Going out early and returning late every day has become the daily life pattern of many office workers. They are overworked and have no time to take care of other things. They want to fall asleep as soon as they get home after washing up. However, eating out in restaurants every day makes them miss the delicious home-cooked meals. In fact, making this simple pan pizza does not take a lot of time and energy.

1. Mix 100 grams of flour, 2 eggs, 3 grams of yeast, a small amount of salt, a small amount of sugar, a small amount of butter or salad oil, and knead the dough and let it rise until it doubles in size. If the two eggs are large, it is recommended that one egg is also OK. There is less flour and it is afraid that it will be too watery.

2. De-air the fermented dough, knead it evenly and roll it into a round cake. Use a fork to poke some small holes in the cake, making it thicker on the edges. Apply a layer of oil on the bottom of a frying pan and put the cake into the pan for a second fermentation.

3. Prepare the ingredients and cut everything you want to put in. After the ingredients are cut and fermented, put a layer of tomato sauce on the dough, a layer of shredded cheese, and various ingredients. Put another layer of shredded cheese on the top, which should be more than the first layer, to cover the ingredients.
