1. Beat the egg whites in a bowl without oil or water.

2. Put corn oil, water and butter into another oil-free and water-free bowl and mix well.

3. Then sift the low-gluten flour and corn starch together and add them into the corn oil and water paste.

4. Use a manual egg beater to mix the low flour evenly until there are no particles.

5. Next, beat the egg whites and add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites.

6. Beat the egg whites until they are coarse and add all the granulated sugar and beat until they are hard foam.

7. Add one-third of the egg whites into the batter and mix well.

9. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes, then pour the cake batter into the baking pan and bake in the middle layer for 35 minutes.
