How to make tofu stewed crucian carp soup

Therefore, it is wiser to cook it yourself. Tofu stewed crucian carp soup is simple to make and can be completed in just over ten minutes.

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside.

2. Wash the crucian carp and cut it into three pieces, cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the coriander, and slice the ginger.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, sprinkle in a little salt and add the fish pieces.

4. Fry until the surface turns slightly yellow.

5. Put the fried fish, tofu and ginger into the stew pot.

6. Pour in 80% clean water.

7. Take a pressure cooker, pour in 2 large bowls of water, put in the stewing pot, cover it with a lid, turn on high heat, and when the pot starts to steam, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

8. After 8 hours, turn off the heat, wait for the steam to come out of the pot, open the lid, add appropriate amount of salt and it’s ready.

9. Serve, sprinkle with coriander and enjoy!
