How to make Jin's fried rice noodles

Many people may think that cooking is a difficult task. In fact, it is not difficult to make delicious dishes with color, fragrance and taste. You just need to master the methods and techniques. The method of Jin's fried rice noodles is very simple and does not require many cooking skills. It is suitable for regular consumption.

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash and cut the vegetables into strips, beat the eggs, flatten them into a pancake shape, and then cut them into strips for later use.

3. Find a basin and soak the rice noodles for about 5 minutes

4. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and onion and stir-fry until fragrant

5. Add the previously cut ingredients one by one and stir-fry until cooked. Adjust the seasoning and set aside.

6. Take the rice noodles out of the water (drain)

7. Heat the pan and add some oil (remember not to turn the heat too high), add rice noodles, a little lard, a little lemon juice, and a little steamed fish soy sauce (this is the only soy sauce I have at home, but it tastes very good). Adjust the color and taste a little. If you like it, you can add more soy sauce for a better color (personal advice: the right amount is the best, haha)

8. Then use chopsticks to break up the noodles so that they can be fully blended with the oil and soy sauce. Let our rice noodle lady dance quickly to the rhythm of the chopsticks! Haha, don’t be shy, dance quickly! Hehe (Note: 1⃣️If you stir too slowly, the rice noodles will hug each other too tightly due to the fire, and stick together to become fat rice noodles! 2⃣️Pay attention to the heat, if the fire is too high, the rice noodles will be disfigured and not beautiful)

9. When Miss Rice Noodles is evenly colored and dressed up beautifully, she can go out to party with Miss Vegetables and dance again to blend in perfectly! Ahaha… Mission accomplished?

10. Serve on a plate and pair with a serving of tomato and egg soup. Isn’t that better?
