How to make tomato, egg and nepeta noodles

1. Pick the Nepeta and wash it. Blanch the beans and cut into sections.

2. Cut tomatoes into pieces.

3. Stir the eggs in a bowl and fry them first.

4. Put oil in the pot, sauté scallions and ginger, then add tomatoes.

5. Fry the tomatoes into a paste, then add beans and eggs! Add water, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, add nepeta and sesame oil.

6. Cook the noodles in another pot.
