How to make Northeast beef and celery dumplings

How to make Northeast beef and celery dumplings

Northeastern beef and celery dumplings is a home-cooked dish that is very lifelike. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool.

1. Kneading the dough: When kneading the dough, add water slowly and knead the dough in portions. After kneading, place the dough aside to rest. Remember to cover the lid and let the dough rest. I forgot to take a picture, I'll add it later.

2. Beef: After buying it in the market, mix it directly into stuffing. When you come back, add chopped green onion, coriander, thirteen spices, cooking wine, and a small amount of oil to marinate. It is better if you cover it with a lid.

3. Celery: First cut the celery into pieces, then sprinkle with salt. Because celery contains a lot of water, we can drain the water while chopping it. We can add more salt and wash it before and after. Put the chopped celery into water, add cold water, use a colander to put the celery into a squeezing cloth that can squeeze out the water, squeeze out all the water and then put it into the beef. 4. Put the beef and celery together and start to stir-fry. Add chicken essence. If you like it lightly, you don’t need to add salt at this time.

5. Roll out the dough. If you don’t know how to pinch the dough, you can cut it directly and roll it into a neither too thick nor too thin state.

6. When cooking dumplings, make sure there is enough water in the pot, and put the dumplings into the pot when it boils. Stir the water in the pot while putting them in to prevent them from sticking. Add a bowl of cold water when it boils, and add three times in total. Boil for the last time and serve.

7. Shake the food a few times when taking it out of the pan to prevent it from sticking together.

8. Dumplings are best made and eaten immediately. If you can’t finish them all at once, you don’t have to wrap them all. Just refrigerate the stuffing and dough. I generally don’t like frozen ones, so I eat ten at a time and then wrap ten. After I finished making them, I wanted to make a dish of Northeastern dumplings for everyone, but I forgot to take the previous pictures. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message.

A simple home-cooked dish only takes a dozen minutes to prepare. Northeastern beef and celery dumplings are easy to learn and make. Just prepare the necessary ingredients and you can make a delicious dish.
