(If there are dried shrimps, it would be better to put some in) 10. Take out the dough and knead it for a few times. Put some flour on the chopping board and cut the dough into 10 pieces. This amount can make 10 large pancakes. 11. Roll the dough into a pancake shape that is thick in the middle and thin at the edges, then put the filling in! 12. Pinch it into the shape of a bun! 13. Knead all the dough! 14. Start pressing from the middle outwards. I use my hands to press, and the meat filling is more evenly pressed by hand than with a rolling pin. 15. Make your hands into fists like this! 16. Press down with four fingers and push the meat filling out! 17. It’s almost done when it’s pressed into a semi-transparent shape! 18. Heat the frying pan, turn to low heat, add a little oil, put in the pancake, and fry until the surface is slightly yellow! 19. Done, you can eat it while it's hot.
