2. Add a little oil to the pan. If you like spicy food, you can add some peppercorns. Heat the oil and add the minced meat. Keep stirring the minced meat until it is cooked. You can fry the minced meat dry to make it more fragrant.

3. Add pickled chili and bean sprouts, stir-fry until fragrant. Probably 2-3 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
