Continue heating oil in the wok, add dried chili peppers and stir-fry briefly, then add green bell peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Next, pour the pork belly into the wok and continue to stir-fry.

The stir-fried pork with chili peppers is now ready, tender and flavorful; I could easily eat three bowls of white rice with it.
