5. Heat the pan with oil. When the oil temperature reaches 70% hot, fry the prepared lotus root fritters until fully cooked (about 1 minute). Remove from the pan and drain the oil.

6. Then heat the pan again, add oil and stir-fry the garlic and onion until fragrant, pour in the celery and radish flowers [for garnish] and stir-fry, add 30g of water and stir-fry until 80% cooked, then pour in the fried lotus root, stir-fry with wine, season, add a little thin starch, drizzle with sesame oil, stir-fry evenly and serve.
