1. Wash the chicken breast, remove the fascia on the surface, then cut into strips and marinate with 1/2 teaspoon salt, cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon dry starch for 15 minutes.

2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into strips. Chop the onions, ginger and garlic into fine pieces and set aside.

3. Take another bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dry starch, and a little bit of water to make sauce for later use.

4. Put oil in the pan, add the marinated chicken strips when the oil is cold, heat over medium heat, and stir-fry back and forth with chopsticks until the chicken changes color and then serve.

5. Leave a little oil in the pan, heat high and sauté chopped scallion, ginger and garlic.

6. Then add the mushrooms.

7. When the mushrooms are almost cooked, add the cooked chicken and stir-fry evenly.

8. Finally, add the prepared soup and stir well.
