How to make stir-fried cowpea with two sauces

1. Wash and drain the cowpeas first, turn them over in a pot of boiling water, and stir them up immediately for later use.

2.1 Stir-fry these two sauces in an iron pan, and adjust the ratio according to your taste. Shacha sauce is not spicy, and wild pepper beef sauce is spicier. If you want it spicier, use a 1:1 ratio. If you want it slightly spicy, use a 3:1 ratio.

3.2 Buy 2 bottles of sauce at the supermarket, one bottle of shacha sauce and one bottle of beef sauce.

4. Stir-fry the two sauces for a while, then add the cowpeas and stir-fry together. Don’t stir-fry for too long, otherwise they will turn yellow and will not be crispy. Add sugar and salt according to taste.

5. Add seasonings and serve immediately. The cowpeas are now crispy and green.
