How to drink monk fruit

People will drink some chrysanthemum tea when they have a sore throat or get a sore throat. Some pharmacies that also sell Chinese medicinal materials will recommend monk fruit to patients because monk fruit is very effective in treating sore throat and removing heat. Some people don’t know much about monk fruit and don’t know how to drink it to achieve its therapeutic effect. Below I will explain to you in detail how to eat monk fruit.

1. Dosage of drinking monk fruit soaked in water

Luo Han Guo is a medicinal material with extremely high nutritional value. It has excellent therapeutic effects and functions. It can protect the throat and treat symptoms such as hoarseness, cough, and sore throat caused by wind-heat attacking the lungs. But please note that the dosage of monk fruit soaked in water is different for different diseases, so you should be careful when drinking monk fruit soaked in water.

1. If you suffer from severe pharyngitis due to smoking, drinking, spicy food, irritating gases, irregular work and rest, etc., you can break one monk fruit into pieces, soak it in about 3 liters of water (if you don’t have a kettle that big, you can adjust it according to the proportion), and then drink it. This way, pharyngitis will improve very quickly. But anything is excessive, so generally after 2 weeks, if you feel your throat has improved significantly, you can switch to the Luo Han Guo dosage for ordinary pharyngitis patients.

2. For those who suffer from common pharyngitis due to talking too much, getting angry, mild sore throat, etc., you can use 1/2 to 1 monk fruit, soak 1.5 to 3 liters of water and drink it every day. After about 1 to 2 weeks, your throat will noticeably improve.

3. If it is a mild pharyngitis, such as a mild dry and itchy throat, use 1/4 to 1/3 of a monk fruit, soak it in about 1 liter of water, and drink it within one day.

4. For patients with pharyngitis caused by cold body, you can use 1/5 of monk fruit, soak 5-600ml of water and drink it in small amounts every day. However, if your body does not experience any discomfort, you can gradually increase the amount of monk fruit water you drink. But it is not recommended to eat more than half a monk fruit per day.

The above is the dosage of monk fruit for drinking soaked in water. Please pay attention when consuming it. I hope this can help you all.
