How to make braised intestines

Method 1

1. Cut the large intestine into sections, wash it thoroughly with salt and set aside.

2. Crush the garlic, slice the ginger, cut the chili into sections, remove the heads and tails of the green onions and cut into sections for later use.

4. Add 5 bowls of water, 1 bowl of soy sauce, 2 spoons of rice wine and 3 star anise into the pot.

6. Put the large intestine into the braising pot and stew it over low heat for about 40 minutes.

Material

4 large intestines, 50g shredded ginger, 1 packet of Liao spareribs concentrated marinade

1. Remove the fat from the pig intestine and turn it over (use chopsticks to hold it and push the intestine back until you can see the other end and then pull out the chopsticks)

2. Rub it with salt and flour twice, then rub it with soda water, then rinse it with clean water, put it into boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes, take it out and wash it, rinse it with cold water and set aside.

3. Add the concentrated marinade of Liao spare ribs and bring to a boil, then add the large intestine prepared in step 1 and marinate over medium-low heat for about 2 hours. Remove from the heat, cut into pieces and place on a plate, then drizzle with a little marinade.

4. When eating, add a little shredded ginger for a better flavor.
