How to cook ginseng and lean meat during flowering period

Ingredients: 20g American ginseng, 250g lean meat, 1 slice of ginger, a little salt, 1 liter of warm water

4. Cover the stew pot with lid

5. Cover the lid of the steamer and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 60-70 minutes.

6. After stewing, add a little salt and chicken powder to season, stir evenly, scoop up and drink.

Cooking tips : Put American ginseng and longan meat in 3 bowls of water. If the stew pot is large and there are many family members, add appropriate amount of meat and ingredients. If you can’t finish a pot of soup, you can put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh and it’s fine to drink it for two days. It also saves a lot of time making soup. You can use chicken or pork bones instead of lean meat, but you need to filter the fat from the chicken stew. Otherwise, being too fatty will cause a burden on your health.
