1.1 Peel the shrimps, add a little salt, pepper and cooking wine, mix well, and put them in the refrigerator to marinate (about 10 minutes)

2.2 Wash the shrimps, remove the mud intestines, and peel the shrimp meat for later use (don’t throw away the shrimp heads, cut off the shrimp claws and cook the Chinese cabbage for a delicious taste)

3. Put the minced meat into a bowl, sprinkle with minced ginger, add sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cornstarch, mix well, then drizzle with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.

4. Peel the eggs and crack them into a bowl; add 2 teaspoons of cornstarch to an appropriate amount of warm water and mix well, then slowly pour into the beaten egg liquid, add a little sugar and salt, and mix well.

5. Bring water to a boil in a steamer, spread the marinated minced meat in the steaming bowl, cover and steam over high heat until the minced meat changes color and is cooked (about 5-6 minutes), then pour the egg liquid into the steaming bowl.

6. Add the shrimps into the steamer and steam together. When the edge of the egg liquid turns white, turn to low heat and cover and steam. After the egg liquid and shrimps are steamed (about 8 minutes, you can use a bamboo stick to test the doneness), take out the steamer, sprinkle with chopped green onions and a little soy sauce. Bring 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to a boil, pour it over the chopped green onions while it is still hot to release the green onion fragrance, and serve while hot
