3.1 When the konjac becomes a little transparent and very thick, turn to low heat and add alkaline water. Add the alkaline water slowly but stir the konjac quickly.

4.2 After boiling over high heat, switch to medium heat and continue stirring for 15 minutes. Keep stirring. This is starting to thicken up the konjac.

5. The konjac that has been soaked in alkaline water has begun to solidify.

6. Put it in another pot and steam for 15 minutes. If it is not convenient to steam it, you can wait for it to cool down, then cut it into pieces and boil it in a pot of boiling water.
