7. Leave some oil in the pan and add chopped onion, ginger and garlic to stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Add Heinz ketchup and sugar. (More or less according to your taste)

9. Stir-fry over low heat until small bubbles appear.

10. Add the fried meat slices and stir-fry quickly to make the meat slices evenly coated with the fried tomato sauce.

11. Serve quickly on a plate.
