How to make taro mooncakes

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. So below I will first introduce the method of making taro mooncake.

1. Soak the mushrooms, remove the stems and chop them; cook the bamboo shoots and chop them; chop the Jinhua ham; chop the water chestnuts into cubes

7. Divide the mixed taro paste into equal portions. Take one of them and roll it into a ball. Press it into a round cake and make a depression in your palm.

8. Fill the depression with the pre-fried fillings and gently close it into a ball.

9. Dip the taro dough evenly and thinly with corn starch, then put it into the mooncake mold and press it gently to make it into shape.

10. Take out the formed taro mooncakes and place them on a baking tray. Use a brush to apply honey on the surface. Put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 12 minutes until they are colored.
