Tiramisu cup cake recipe

1. Beat 2 sticks of 8-ounce butter with 2 cups of fine sugar until the color becomes lighter and the volume expands. Add 4 eggs one by one and stir until mixed evenly. Then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well.

5. Add 8 ounces of Mascarpone cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur to a mixing bowl and mix.

6. Beat 1 cup of fresh cream until 80% distributed, add it to the cheese paste in step 5 three times, stir evenly, pour into the piping tape and set aside.

7. Poke the surface of the cupcake with a fork a few times, brush it with appropriate amount of syrup, squeeze the cheese paste in step 6 on the surface, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and add some chocolate for decoration.
