Butter roll bread recipe

7. Use your hands to knead the dough into a stick shape, thick on the top and thin on the bottom.

8. Use a rolling pin to smooth it out

9. Roll up from top to bottom, pinch the joint tightly and place it at the bottom

10. Make all the doughs in turn, put them in the baking tray, and place them in a warm place for the final fermentation

11. When the dough becomes twice as large as before, brush the surface of the bread with egg wash.

12. Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 12 minutes.
