1. Put the dregs from the soy milk in a bowl (no need to squeeze out the water)

2.1 Add one cup of flour (measured visually, the ratio with bean dregs is 1:1)

8. Half-fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown (the original version is fried. I think it wastes too much oil, so I fried it instead)

9. Remove from heat and drain oil. Serve hot
