1. Ingredients: Chinese yam, cooked bacon, red pepper. Supplementary ingredients: vegetable oil, salt, ginger, white vinegar, chicken essence.

2. Wash and cut the red pepper into pieces and mince the ginger

3. Cut the cooked bacon into thin slices

4. Heat the pan and add the bacon slices. Stir-fry until the oil comes out and remove from the pan.

5. Peel and cut the yam into pieces

6. Use boiling water and white vinegar to blanch for about two minutes, pick up, rinse with cold water, and drain

9. Add salt and white vinegar and stir fry evenly

10. Add bacon slices and stir fry evenly

11. Add chicken essence

12. Stir fry evenly
