How to make fried lotus root slices with meat

1. Peel and slice the lotus root, then add a little white vinegar to soak the lotus root slices in water.

2. Marinate the lean meat slices with cornstarch, chicken powder, salt, vegetable oil and light soy sauce for 15 minutes. Then put some oil in the pan and fry the meat slices first, and sprinkle some cooking wine when the meat slices change color.

3. Drain the water from the lotus root slices and add them in to stir-fry

4. Sprinkle some water, cover and cook until the water dries up.

5. Finally add some salt and stir fry evenly.
