3. Method:

b. Blanch the clam and razor clam meat in boiling water until cooked; wash and chop the chives;

c. Put the flour in a bowl, add cold water and stir with chopsticks to make dough balls;

d. Add category A seasoning into the pot, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, add the noodles and cook;

e. Finally, put the clam meat, small shrimps and razor clam meat on the dough and cook them for a while, sprinkle with chopped chives, and finally add seasoning B and season.

If the shrimps are large, you need to simmer them for a while longer. I like to buy medium to small ones. 2. You can add a small amount of soy sauce to color it, but if you add too much, it will not be red. If it turns black, it will not look good. I did not add soy sauce this time. 3. Cooking wine, green onion and ginger are essential to remove the fishy smell of shrimp. 4. The shrimp shells and shrimp heads prepared in this way can be eaten to supplement calcium.
