1Many mothers take care of their babies at home during the day, and it takes a lot of time to make meat products, so I usually prepare them in advance and then pack them in small bags and freeze them. You can stew beef, mutton, and chicken on weekends. Cut these meats into small pieces, soak them in water for a while to remove the blood, blanch them in water, put them in a pressure cooker, add water, salt, aniseed, ginger, and onion segments. When it’s time to eat, take it out of the refrigerator and cook noodles, or add vegetables and cook again. It has a very rich flavor and is cooked very quickly.

2 For younger babies, it is better to eat meat that has been stewed and chopped into puree. For older babies, they can try to eat meat in stir-fried dishes. The cooking time of meat when stir-frying is relatively short, and the high temperature of the oil will also evaporate the moisture in the meat, so if you want to make the meat tender, you need some tricks.

3 Slice or shred the meat, drip water into the meat little by little, grab it with your hands while dripping, so that the meat can fully absorb the water. You can also use scallion and ginger water. You can add a little starch or egg white and mix well. This way, even after stir-frying, the meat will remain tender. I often use this method to stir-fry shredded pork for my children, and it is also very easy to digest.
