How long does it take to fry chicken wings?

There are many ways to cook chicken wings, especially children's favorite is the middle part of the wing, which can be roasted, braised, or fried, but how long does it take to fry chicken wings? Before frying, the chicken wings need to be marinated with various seasonings and then fried after they are flavored. When frying chicken wings, add more oil, put the chicken wings in after the oil is hot, and fry for about five to eight minutes. You will see the chicken wings turn yellow, and they are cooked.

Chicken wings, ginger, salt, soy sauce, honey, white pepper, wine, laurel powder (optional), cumin powder

practice

1. Wash the chicken wings and cut once on both sides of the wings, or twice on the back;

2. Marinate the chicken wings, add: two slices of ginger, some salt, a little soy sauce, a spoonful of honey, some white pepper, a little wine, and a little laurel powder;

3. Marinate for about half an hour, if you are in a hurry, 15 minutes will be enough;

4. Add oil to the pan, not too much or too little, and use half-frying method, with the oil surface about halfway up to the height of the chicken wings when they are placed flat; when the oil is 50% to 60% hot, you can spread the drained chicken wings and put them into the pan to fry;

5. Fry over medium heat for about five minutes, until the blood in the chicken is gone and the surface is golden brown;

6. Finally, sprinkle a handful of cumin powder after turning off the heat.

The most authentic chicken wings are ready! The advantage of doing this is that it retains the tenderness and deliciousness of the chicken wings (no MSG or chicken essence is needed), and a little bit of the rich taste of animal fat, and the cumin is more fragrant!

Ingredients

10 chicken wings

Salt to taste

Chili pepper

1 First cut the chicken wings into two parts, the wing tip and the middle wing.

2 Use a knife to make a cut on the front and back of the wings. This will help them absorb the flavor when marinating, and will also make it easier to check if they are cooked when frying (to avoid the embarrassing situation of not frying them as I did).

3 Since I bought frozen chicken wings, I added some white pepper powder to remove the fishy smell and then mixed it.

4 Next, add chicken juice and a small amount of soy sauce, stir and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.

5. Add dried chili and black pepper

6 Stir and marinate for about 5 minutes. If you like spicy food, you can add more chili.

7 Use a little oil (or no oil) and fry over low heat for about 8 to 10 minutes until cooked. Finally, fry over high heat until the skin is crispy!
