11. Place another piece of baking paper on top, take out the baked bread, turn it upside down on the baking paper, cover it with plastic wrap and let it dry until warm.

12. Apply a layer of Thousand Island sauce evenly and sprinkle meat floss evenly on it.

13. Roll it up from one end and wrap it with wax paper to set for 30 minutes.

14. Cut into 3 pieces, apply Thousand Island sauce evenly on both ends, and cover with pork floss. If you don’t like to eat too much pork floss, you can skip this step, it will still taste good.
