(Super simple) baguette recipe

4. Put the baking tray into the oven, do not turn on the power, put a pot of boiling water at the bottom, and then close the door for the second fermentation, which takes 15 minutes.

5. Take out the fermented dough and the water at the same time. Preheat oven. Use a knife to make a few diagonal cuts on the surface and spray some water on the surface of the bread.

6. Preheat the oven, put the bread into the oven and bake until the surface is golden brown. [Oven temperature 170 degrees Celsius middle layer, 20 minutes]
