How to make pure milk toast (flour version)

Many new wives are very troubled by cooking skills. Pure milk toast (flour version) is a dish suitable for novices to learn. It doesn’t require a very complicated method, just a simple stir-fry will do. This dish tastes good whether you eat it with dry rice or porridge. A bowl of soup after the meal will make it taste even better.

1. Weigh the ingredients used

2. Put all liquids except butter into a bowl and mix well.

3. Add sugar, milk powder and flour (preferably sifted) in turn, knead for 5 minutes, add yeast, and add salt after 5 minutes.

4. After 5 minutes, gradually add softened butter and knead while adding. During the kneading process, squeeze, rub and twist until the butter is completely integrated into the dough. The whole kneading process takes about 30 to 40 minutes. I kneaded it a little longer and stopped after the film was formed for fermentation.

5. Let the flour ferment until it is 2-3 times larger, exhaust the air, and let it stand for 10 minutes.

6. Roll the tongue shape from top to bottom

7. Roll them up and put them into the toast box

8. When the second fermentation is 80% full, preheat the oven to 180℃/5 minutes

9. My oven is 180℃/40 minutes. You can adjust it according to the temper of your own oven. Take it out immediately after baking.
