1. Prepare a piece of chicken breast, rinse it clean and remove excess fat.

2. Cut the middle piece into two pieces. (Change the thickness according to the size of the chicken breast) Tap it a few times with a knife.

3. Put the chicken breast on a plate and marinate with pepper, salt and cooking wine for about 20 minutes.

4. Prepare cucumber shreds while marinating meat

5. Prepare flour on a plate and wrap the marinated chicken breast with a layer of flour.

6. Put the chicken breast wrapped in flour into a bowl with egg liquid.

7. Wrap the eggs and put them into the bowl with bread crumbs again (you can also use oatmeal instead of bread crumbs according to your taste)

8. After the oil in the pan is hot, put the wrapped chicken breast in and fry it over low heat.

9. Cut the fried chicken breast into strips for later use

10. Spread the seaweed and rice evenly. (If the rice is too sticky, you can wear disposable gloves)

11. Add crushed peanuts (add more or less according to your taste)

12. Add peanuts, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, and press firmly.

13. Place one side of the plastic wrap facing down, turn over to the other side, place the seaweed on top, add appropriate amount of cucumber shreds and chicken, and squeeze on salad dressing.

14. Roll up the sushi as you normally would, and cut into the desired shape (it is easier to cut with plastic wrap, and you can remove the plastic wrap after cutting the whole thing)

15. Delicious fried chicken sushi is ready
