How to make minced meat fried rice

Do you know the dish of minced pork fried rice? This is the secret for many people to maintain youthful skin. It is actually not complicated to make this dish. After heating the oil, add chopped green onion and stir-fry the ingredients. You can add bean paste according to personal taste and simmer for a few minutes. The marinating process should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the taste and destroy the aroma of the food.

1. Prepare the ingredients, marinate the minced meat with oil, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, pepper and cornstarch for 20 minutes, chop the mushrooms, shredded black fungus and mustard tuber, mince the garlic and chop the scallions.

2. Heat the oil in the pan, add the minced meat and stir-fry until cooked.

3. After Figure 2 is completed, add minced garlic and mushrooms to the pot and continue to stir-fry for two or three minutes until the aroma comes out.

4. After completing Figure 3, add the chopped black fungus and mustard tuber into the wok and continue to stir-fry for two minutes.

5. After Figure 4 is completed, put the rice into the wok, stir fry evenly, add a small amount of light soy sauce for seasoning, and stir well.

6. After completing Figure 5, add chopped green onions into the fried rice, stir-fry quickly and turn off the heat. The fragrant fried rice is ready!
