2. Peel the loofah. Try to choose tender loofahs with tender seeds inside. Chop them into pieces.

3. Crack the eggs into the bowl

4. Add shredded loofah, flour, salt and warm water and mix well.

5. Add oil to a hot pan. You don’t need a lot of oil, just enough to make it non-stick. Use a spoon to scoop three spoonfuls into the pot and fry slowly over low heat!

6. Wait until the egg liquid solidifies and then turn it over and fry the other side.

7. I fried two pancakes for this amount. Don’t make the pancakes too thin, otherwise it will be difficult to flip them over.
